Inspired by the ever-changing imagery of a childhood kaleidoscope,combines three individually crafted cane patterns within a single blown form. This sculptural ovooid transforms a simple, timeless form into a study of color, light, and movement. Layers of color and line intertwine beneath the surface, creating shifting compositions that transform as the viewer moves around the piece.

The sculpture is finished through an extensive coldworking process, where a hand-cut Battuto texture is carved into the surface and refined to a soft satin finish. The interplay of cut texture, transmitted light, and layered cane reveals new visual relationships from every angle, making each viewing experience unique.
